- Boundary and title surveys
- We research deeds and filed maps, find or set monuments, and show easements, encroachments and building ties. Typical turnaround is two to three weeks.
- Topographic surveys
- Spot elevations, contours, curbs, trees, utilities and structures. Delivered as CAD files and a PDF set.
- Elevation certificates
- Completed on the current FEMA form for lenders, insurers and the city. Most are ready within a week.
- Measured building drawings
- Floor plans, sections and facade elevations of existing buildings, for renovations and filings.
- Construction layout
- Foundation and column stakeout, offset lines and as-built checks during construction.
